Service Scope & Evaluation Policy – ₹499 Plan
The ₹499 annual subscription plan covers the evaluation of 2 to 3 questions per day, as originally stated. However, as a goodwill gesture and to support aspirants who have cleared the preliminary examination, we temporarily provided Full-Length Test (FLT) evaluation under the same plan.
Please note, evaluating additional FLTs beyond this courtesy falls outside the intended scope of the ₹499 plan and causes monetary loss to the platform. Our evaluators and infrastructure incur substantial cost per detailed evaluation.
Hence, uploading more than the permitted number of FLTs without upgrading to an appropriate plan will not be processed. Any aspirant who wishes to continue FLT evaluation is requested to opt for our dedicated Mains plan, which starts from ₹1499, depending on the number of tests and evaluation volume.
We reserve the right to suspend or limit evaluations that breach the fair usage terms of this plan.
Repeatedly uploaded the same answer copies under different sessions and have illegitimately claimed refunds, thereby causing financial loss and misusing the trust-based services of our platform.
