Refund Policy
All purchases made through our website or platform are generally final and non-refundable once the purchased service, subscription, credits, evaluation facility, mentorship facility, test series, or other digital service has been activated or used.
Refunds will ordinarily not be provided merely for reasons including:

Change of mind after purchase.

Loss of interest in the course, subscription, test series, evaluation service, or mentorship service.

Inability to devote sufficient time to use the purchased service.

Personal scheduling issues or change in preparation plans.

Failure to use the service during its validity period.

Subjective dissatisfaction or expectations, where the service has been provided substantially in accordance with the description, features, and terms displayed at the time of purchase.

A request to discontinue the service after the customer has already accessed, consumed, submitted work for evaluation, booked mentorship, attempted tests, or otherwise used the purchased service.
Mere non-use or a decision not to continue using the service after purchase shall not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund.
Consumer Protection and Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy is subject to applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and, where applicable, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory right or remedy available to a consumer under applicable law.
In particular:

Section 2(11) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 deals with “deficiency” in relation to services.

Section 2(46) deals with “unfair contracts”.

Section 2(47) deals with “unfair trade practices”.
Accordingly, the non-refundable nature of a purchase shall not prevent a consumer from raising a legitimate claim where the service is materially deficient, materially different from what was advertised or agreed, or where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable consumer protection law.
Where applicable, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 also provide consumer protections in cases involving defective or deficient services or services that are materially inconsistent with their advertised or agreed characteristics.
Cancellation
Once a subscription, course, evaluation plan, mentorship plan, test series, credits, or other digital service has been activated or accessed, cancellation will ordinarily not result in a refund.
Customers may choose not to continue using the service; however, unused time, credits, evaluations, tests, mentorship sessions, or other benefits will not automatically be converted into a monetary refund unless expressly stated otherwise or required under applicable law.

Where a customer believes that there has been a genuine technical failure, duplicate payment, non-activation of a purchased service, material deficiency in service, or material difference between the advertised service and the service actually provided, the customer may contact:
